Ethereum has 40 times more developers than its closest colleagues. But 86 percent of the ETH DApps had no users today – and 93 percent had no transactions.
Much of the Ethereum community is deterred by the price of the ETH 00 has had a (pretty) years free fall.
After all, it's not money, it's a developer platform with the largest number of DApps and developers in the industry.
Is not it just a bit worrying that the vast majority of ETH dApps are a bit more than a tumbleweed blowing in the wind?
Low to no transfer of ETH data
The main theme of conversation in the industry is always how cryptocurrency is made available to the masses. How blockchains can overcome their multiple problems to bring more users aboard, simplify straightforward processes, improve safety and convince users that their offer is better.
If you look at the statistics below, it is clear that we have not reached that point yet.
There are now 1375 live ETH apps.
86% of them had 0 users today.
93% of them today had 0 tx volume.
There are now 1828 live apps on all platforms.

Of the 1375 active ETH DApps, most of them have no users or transactions next door.
However, this is not a new problem for Ethereum. In fact, we reported last July that this is exactly the case two professed pyramid schemes were at this time the most popular DApps on Ethereum.
It seems that finding a consistent user base is more problematic than some people thought. A quick look at the top 10 DApps on DappRadar shows at the moment that the most popular ones are with players.
Currently, 7 out of 10 of the most powerful DApps are in the gambling or gambling categories, the other three are exchanges.
Despite the low usage figures, ConsenSys, MD Lory Kehoe, stated Bitcoinist That he was still very convinced in the longevity of Ethereum.
Ethereum is increasingly regarded as the most versatile platform for enterprise solutions. The developers who apply to work at ConsenSys know that … To pay you, Ethereum has 40 times as many developers as our closest colleagues.
The problem is not only with Ethereum
The problem is not only with Ethereum. In fact, of the 1,828 live apps on all platforms, 77 percent had no users and 85 percent had no transactions today.
The same problem applies to EOS and Tron, and the same types of dApps win games and gambling. Leading DApp user in the last 24 hours (7.8k) is Tron-based Epic Dragons.
Stock exchanges also enter the rankings with decentralized exchanges such as IDEX. With only 885 users in the last 24 hours, there are many personal blogs that get more hits.
Speculation drives price of cryptocurrency – no use
If crypto-currency naysayers want more proof of missing adoption, they do not have to search further than DAppRadar.
This clearly shows that despite the tremendous hype, the speculation and not the use of the cryptocurrency value is increasing.
To further demonstrate this point, several large cryptocurrencies are bound to blockchain platforms, including polymath and aelf.
Just look at the performance of Polymath last week. However, the market capitalization is still over $ 28 million.
Are all Altcoin investors absolutely insane? Perhaps. While speculation may determine price, so does the belief – and hope – that these apps will actually achieve what they intend to do sometime in the future.
