Honest Money and Bitbacker Team Up
In November, news.Bitcoin.com announced the launch of a new BCH-based publishing platform called Honest Cash. The platform arrived shortly after the BCH blockchain split on November 15 and the popular blogging platform supported altcoin BSV. One month later, our Newsdesk talked to creator of the cryptocurrency-driven Patreon alternative Bitbacker.io and explained how users can run crowdfund projects with BCH and BTC. Adrian Barwicki, CEO of Honest Cash, and Jonathan Silverblood, founder of Bitbacker, stated during the partnership announcement that the ultimate goal is to create a larger audience.
"The relationship gives users of" honest cash "and" bitbacker "greater reach for the target audience, and both users now have the potential to earn commitments and secure support for both platforms," said the team announcement.
Cryptographic Applications See Improvement and Growth
Both platforms have made many improvements over the last few weeks. For example, Honest Cash has experienced significant growth as the BCH application has encouraged all sorts of content such as videos, images, art and prose. Some honest cash users have earned up to $ 1,000 per content in Bitcoin cash tips. In addition, the platform recently added a native BCH purse that allows Honest Cash users to generate a new wallet and import existing BCH keys with custom HD derivative path support.
Bitbacker.io has also seen strong growth as many Patreon cryptocurrency advocates switched to alternative use. The platform supports BCH, LTC, Clever, and BTC Patreon's centralized website offers a variety of the same features. The LTC integration has also recently been applied to the crowdfunding platform. Jonathan Silverblood spoke to news.Bitcoin.com in December when he said Bitbacker is able to charge close to 1 percent, while Fiat-based platforms like Patreon and Youtube cost between 10 and 30 percent.
Both Barwicki and Silverblood say they will soon be releasing a series of blog posts to inform users on both platforms with accurate information on what will be integrated when and when. The team says the partnership is a testament to the "incredible things happening" when two innovative communities and developers support each other.
